      This is my first purchase from Gift Tree. Everything is exactly how it looks like in the picture. Such great quality of products. No unnecessary styrofoam or crinkle paper to bulk up the packaging. Very elegant note card and thoughtful scissors that hangs out side the chest. Gift Tree has much better quality and value than other online holiday baskets. The delivery time is also much shorter than other online stores. I order on Thursday, and with regular delivery, it arrives on Monday, which is one day earlier than it promised. On time delivery is so important to me in this holiday season. I'm so happy I found Gift Tree. I'll definitely order again!

      I had always taken a basket of goodies to the hostess of our yearly Christmas party. This year I ordered this gift from Gift Tree. It arrived on time and was a beautiful, classic leather looking chest, heavy with wine and goodies. The scissors with which to cut the ribbon was a huge hit. Of course I didn't get to see the presentation as shown since I didn't open the gift before giving it to the hostess.
      This gift would be great for a guy too. It looks good and would be a dream gift for the bowl games and Super Bowl.

      This beautiful gift was delivered two days ahead of the scheduled delivery, bearing in mind we had free shipping that was outstanding.

      I ordered this basket as a surprise to be set up in my parent's hotel room for their 26th Anniversary Trip. There ended up being a huge issue with the hotels front desk. They had signed for the package, but ended up loosing it and denied any responsibility. I contacted the company and they were so helpful!! The customer service agent, Diana, was so sympathetic and immediately contacted the hotel management to try and figure out the situation, even threatening to pursue legal matters for mail fraud. All of a sudden the basket "magically" appeared. She even called me back several times, to make sure that the package was eventually delivered to the room and that my parent's received it. What a sweetheart!

      My parent's loved the wine. It was a little sweet and full bodied their favorite! And all of the snacks were delicious and perfect for snacking before their anniversary dinner a few hours later. It ended up being the perfect gift!

The added personalization of a gold-tone name plate on the leather chest makes it perfect! I would like to suggest to Gifttree.com to add a photo to their site of the chest while it is closed.       I work in Property Management, at a brand new luxury property that is still half-way under construction, which has caused somewhat of a nuisance for the current residents. We needed a gift that would have a lot of impact and allow us to say "thank you" beyond the emails that we had already send out in the past. The leather chest is really neat, the multitude of snacks and frills once you open the box are also awesome. They each arrive in an individual cardboard box with a red ribbon tied around the chest.       We sent this to our boss who had to work an assignment in a different state over Christmas and we wanted her to have something from us.
      Unfortunately, we didn't think to order anything earlier so I went looking on the web for a gift delivery service with a 2 day turnaround and found this company. Because you are never quite sure with an online service, I admit I was a little sceptical. The chest was delivered on Christmas eve and according to her, the gift was beautiful and she had her own Christmas party. We also thought we were buying a throw-a-way chest (knowing she wouldn't have much room on her return flight).       I had this delivered to a friend in another city as a suprise for his birthday. I added the extra plaque on the front with his last name engraved. When it arrived he took a picture and texted it to me. His exact words were "I'm humbled, it's gorgeous". The wines were divine and the additional items in the basket were all scrumptious. This is the second year I've used this service for his birthday and I will absolutely be back again next year!

      I thought what I saw on the screen was what I was purchasing. I wanted a bottle of champagne. However, they received a bottle of white wine. I would have never sent them white wine.

      So, I guess, I wish if there was a spot to select the wine desired, it was more visible. I never saw that. This basket indicated champagne, etc. to me.

      I thought the purchasing process was easy. I called customer service and they were great.

      I love all the ideas on the website and I would definitely order again. However, I will have to call customer service and see how I order the wine that I particularly want.
