  Presentation

  Product is frozen in a temperature-controlled shipper. Ships with frozen gel packs and dry ice, may thaw in transit.

  Preparation

  Cut a slit in the plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds. Place sandwiches in a sauté pan and grill each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

    So I tested a few of these before serving at my Christmas dinner next week. THEY ARE FABULOUS! I wasn't sure what to expect but the lobster filling was so rich and flavorful. I immediately poured a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and I'll just say here it was the perfect accompaniment!
    I loved the convenience of just popping these mini sandwiches into a skillet (I used my iron skillet). They are already buttered and crisped up to a beautiful golden brown! Definitely a splurge, but totally worth it! I think my family is going to be thrilled!
